On the 9th of March we had an exciting session run by  Jessica Adams (Senior Consultant), Deb Anselm (Senior Consultant), and Sarah Appleton (Partner) as part of our Learning Series events.

The session was insightful, reflective and gave practical application of system thinking tools.

Systems thinking tools are a great addition to your design kete.

At its core, Systems thinking provides tools to help make sense of complexity and understand what drives connections and behaviours. We’ve learned from our experience in the health, social, and education sectors that Systems thinking tools support people to see the big picture and identify levers that can be used to create real change.

In this session we shared our expertise and experience with using Systems thinking tools. The session equipped those attending with an understanding of what Systems thinking is and how to use some key tools to inform your work.
