Service and system innovation
Synergia is known for its innovative approach to service and system design, emphasising a combination of data science, systems thinking, person-centred design and collaborative processes.
We begin with discovery and research to understand the data story, user needs and context. We use patient/whānau journey mapping to explore current and future design. We often use co-design to create solutions that meet user needs. Finally, we focus on implementation and scaling, supporting clients in integrating solutions into their operations, with ongoing continuous improvement.
