Geraldine is a Consultant at Synergia. She is based in our Auckland office.
She has a BSC in Microbiology and Public Health, BA in Economics and a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Health with Distinction from the University of Otago, including an exchange at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior to joining Synergia in March 2018, Geraldine has worked as in aged care and cancer services, focusing on using quantitative data to inform a range of service development projects.
Her projects at Synergia include the evaluation of ADHB Fit for the Future, development of the Kāinga Whānau Ora platform for Te Tihi, and HRC/MSD funded research project Tōkeke: Building Equity in Access to Work with Te Pou and WorkCounts. Geraldine’s roles in these projects have included quantitative data analysis, dashboard development, stakeholder engagement and project management.
Outside of Synergia, Geraldine is an executive member of the National Council of Women Auckland branch and involved with Rotary.
