Jessica Adams.
Jessica is a Senior Consultant at Synergia. She is based in our Auckland office.
Jessica has a Bachelor degree in Health Sciences and a Master of Public Health from the University of Auckland. Her Master’s thesis discussed the experiences and perceptions of South Asian immigrants living in the Auckland region with the New Zealand Primary Care system. Jessica has a strong skill set in project management and mixed methods research. She is interested in using data driven analytics and evaluation approaches that assist our clients to deliver effective services that meet the needs of a changing population.
Jessica is supporting a range of key projects including the Health Quality and Safety Commission’s Patient Deterioration Programme Evaluation, Evaluation of ACC’s Mates & Dates Programme and evaluating the Counties Manukau District Health Board’s Wellness Support Model. Prior to joining Synergia, Jessica worked for the Office of the Health and Disability Commissioner as an Analyst that advised the Commissioner on key trends and appropriate recommendations to make on cases. Outside of work, Jessica has an interest in keeping herself up to date with the latest public health news and enjoys playing the piano and singing.
